
Between 1990 and 1999, the Supreme Court decided 112 cases involving various questions of criminal procedure. Defendants won only 46 of those cases, losing 66. Between 1990 and 1994, the defendants won 26 cases and lost 38. Between 1995 and 1999, the defendants lost 20 cases and won 28.
