Since joining the Supreme Court in 2011, Justice Theis has participated in 35 civil constitutional law cases.  She has voted for defendants in 21 cases and for plaintiffs in 14 cases.  From 2015 to 2019, Justice Theis has evenly split her voting in 24 cases – 12 times for defendants and 12 against them.

Justice Theis has participated in 16 civil constitutional law cases won by the defendant at the Appellate Court level.  She voted to affirm in 10 of those 16 cases and voted to reverse in six.  From 2015 to 2019, she has voted to affirm in only three of nine cases.

Justice Theis has participated in 19 constitutional law cases lost by the defendants below.  She has voted to reverse, entirely or in part, in 11 of those cases and has voted to affirm the defense losses eight times.  From 2015 to 2019, she has voted to reverse in nine of fifteen cases lost by defendants below.

Justice Neville has participated in eight civil constitutional law cases since taking his seat.  He has voted for defendants in two of those cases and for the plaintiffs six times.

Justice Neville has participated in four constitutional law cases won by the defendants below.  He has voted to affirm once and to reverse three times.  He has also participated in four cases lost by the defendants below, voting to reverse once and to affirm three times.
