Today, we begin our review of the individual Justices’ voting records in criminal sentencing cases.
Justice Garman has participated in 78 criminal sentencing cases since joining the Court. She has voted for defendants 22 times and against them in 56 cases. Between 2001 and 2004, she voted for defendants in four cases and against them
